  • All orders ship out same day or next business day.
  • All orders are shipped via UPS. We  do not offer any other shipping services. We don't accept P.O. Boxes as an address.
  • Once the package is shipped out, tracking numbers will be sent out via email. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery location on the day it is supposed to be delivered.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. That responsibility is on the shipping carrier and the customer. For any claims or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
  • If your order is returned to our facility by UPS due to any circumstances, you are financially responsible for any extra shipping costs correlated with your order
  • Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your package along with the distance from Indianapolis, IN to your preferred shipping destination.

30-DAY RETURNS

  • We have a 30-day return policy for online orders and 10-day return policy for in-store orders.
  • Online orders cannot be returned in-store, they must be returned online.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and with original tags to be eligible for return.
  • To start a return please LOGIN into your RAZA account.
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a RAZA digital gift card which can be used at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are not included in store credit, however, we cover the cost of the return shipping by sending you a pre-paid shipping label. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your item(s) to issue store credit.
